H264 AVC Video clip RTP Dump

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build Call.exe.
2. Use the attached dump file as input video to File Media Engine (call.exe 
--videoinput ./dump_blackscreen.rtpdump --voiceinput ./voice.rtpdump
).
3. Place vcall to a gmailID from the exe.
4. Receive the vcall from Firefox or IE.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Video of the dump to be played. What I see is Blak screen instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V0.6.10 Win Xp sp3

Please provide any additional information below.
The Dump was created using the mentioned rtpdump tool by streaming a H264 AVC 
Video over RTP from ffmpeg. I have attached the logs of call.exe (xmpp stanzas) 
and the browser side plugin logs. I am getting these errors mainly:- 
"LmiH264Payload: Unsupported NAL unit type 0/26/27/29/30"
