Error in "ERP BOM" and "ERP Item" tab when entity without number selected #224

Description

When opening the "ERP BOM" or "ERP Item" tab, while a Vault entity is selected for which the function GetEntityNumber returns $null an error is thrown.

@JakobBertagnolli kannst du das mit Thomas anschauen wenn du Zeit findest? Das sieht wichtig aus.

wurde gelöst. Von nun an werden keine Datastandard Error Dialoge angezeigt sollte beim Get-ERPObject ein Fehler passieren.
