Show authors on main list page #48

Several users have asked that authors be shown on the main list page. 
(Authors can be sorted, and it's good info, etc.)

I tried to show authors AND subtitle, but it was just too much junk in the main 
list. 
I think authors are more important than subtit, so now it's authors in place of 
subtit. 

Done in SVN.
