More than white on maroon with the title. Pick a default image, better color, 
still overlay title.

Actually OpenLibrary has new default cover images that use the title. Any book 
with an 
ISBN (well, and that is found in OpenLibrary) should have a cover. Need to make 
sure 
that works.
