Fall back to other image providers if OpenLibrary cover fails #56

The default cover image sucks, and so does the one I generate, so need to 
try harder to get the real cover image. 

Fall back to another provider that does not require a login (Gbooks requires 
login, secret Amazon svc does not) if OL fails. 

Also, looks like OL has semi-frequent issues with Covers API (though I love 
OL) -- https://bugs.launchpad.net/openlibrary/+bug/382955.
