Tracking the flight aware issues.

Problem 1 - It's TCL, this means we need to have the TCL interpreter installed - this adds some bloat Problem 2 - They have their own TCL Launcher tool, while I've only just started building this, it's proving to be a pig

TCLLauncher which is used by Flightaware to launch their package requires tclConfig.sh which is explicitly removed in build root.

At this point, either someone needs to make this build root compatible, or port FlightAware's crap to something useful.
