Re-vamp of examples #8

README should do a better job of showcasing the package.

  1. Trim it. Move some examples to vignettes.
  2. The first 'css()' aesthetics example should be much more basic.
  3. Clearer delineation of the different aesthetic specification techniques - and when you would want to use them.
