Python(x,y) installer 2.7.2.0 - typo for mingw-path #291

When installing Python(x,y) 2.7.2.0 (at least with custom directory checkbox 
turned on), the installation dialog for mingw asking for a path shows incorrect 
information (C starts with a $ symbol, and the rest of the path is not 
consistent to the corresponding proposals before).

Probably easy to fix.

Indeed a typo.

The placement of MinGW32 under C:\ was intentional - it solved issue 266.
