Please re-include itkVtkGlue in itk 3.20.0 python package

Hi,

after ITK was temporarily not included as plug-in for python(x,y), I was 
pleased to see that a 3.20.0 plugin is now available again.

One question: Would it be possible to include the itkVtkGlue in it? It provides 
a nice way  of visualizing ITK volumes with VTK (and (i) VTK is also still 
available as python(x,y) plug-in, (ii) itkVtkGlue was in there before).

I would guess that much of the configuration for including this might be 
already available from the previously available version (3.16.0 if I remember 
correctly).
