On page http://code.google.com/p/pythonxy/wiki/Downloads#Unstable_release

I`ve found 2 broken links:
1. http://pythonxy.googlecode.com/files/vtk-5.8.0.1_py27.exe
2. http://pythonxy.googlecode.com/files/EnthoughtToolSuite-4.1.0.1_py27.exe

packages were replaced by newer versions.
