Please skip installing SWIG and use the SWIG 2.0.6 plugin:
http://pythonxy.googlecode.com/files/swig-2.0.6.exe

Xydoc has been refreshed - please try:
http://pythonxy.googlecode.com/files/xydoc-1.0.5_py27.exe

These issues cannot be avoided from time to time. I'll release 2.7.2.3 shortly.
