The bug in SDM was related to the diffusive term for non-carthesian meshes
The added Explicit Runge Kutta scheme makes use of the Butcher tableau, and stores as many residuals as there are stages. Preconfigured ERK methods are available for order 1,2,3,4
New mesh transformers to
- rotate meshes
- translate meshes
- import variables from other meshes
- create fields using functionparser, where existing fields are included in the parameters
