Option changes for better python compatibility #221

[FIX] issues #218 and #201 and also adds support for arrays of components in options.

Most important changes:

Options now can be built using a factory, allowing fully dynamic generation
Component builders automatically also register corresponding builders for options and optionarrays
OptionArray is no longer limited to the explicitely instantiated list of types
Python signals now work properly even in the absence of a signature function
