Depends on testing of diffusive terms ( issue #1 )
Work has started in a local branch, but is stuck until #1 is finished

As bonus, 1D is also implemented :) No validation whatsoever is done. Things just "seem" to be more dissipative when increasing viscosity, and solutions don't blow up with small enough CFL number for explicit time marching schemes.
