I frequently to multiple ferment batches, ie I brew say 90L, and then ferment
say 30L, then ferment the rest.
This may be because I haven't done a starter, and haven't got enough yeast for
a full ferment, or I don't have the ferment space, or I simply want the second
batch to benefit from the fresh yeast.
It would be good to be able to record this kind of practise.
