Default date one week in advance #124

It seems like the default brew date of a beer is one week in advance. This
should default to the same date that the beer is 'brewed'.

Yep that is how I designed it. Basically the think was that you usually want
to plan a brewday at least a week before brewing, so made the default brew date
one week in advanced.

The problem with doing it on the day is that it changes the recipe editing by
locking all the amounts in, so if you change the volume it really messes up
your weights for all the additions.

Now is probably a good time to revisit some of this behaviour and work what we
really want it to do.

Options could be to make this brew date configurable in preferences, or change
the default to something else.

Yep, think it would be good to have a config option for this, so it could be
set to 'on the day', or 'same day' or something.

Obviously you are more organised than me. Most of my recipies are created while
i'm heating up the water :)
