Support for inventory of ingredients #39

must be able to manage inventory as you go, brewers aren't going to want to
organize themselves and remember to do it later. For example, when you'r
creating a recipie, must be able to select an ingredient/fermentable, and add
it to a "Topup" list

Added very simple inventory framework.  Next step is to incorporate it with the 
recipe and brewlog tabs.
