Temporarily change units on the edit page

Ability to temporarily override default unit settings to for example enter a
recipe in that has different units (from a magazine or on the web etc).

This should only be considered for "guest" user viewing a recipe, and should be
very limited (ie choice of metric or imperial)

The concept should be extended to be able to view recipe for a different volume
as well.
