Lock all button does not work #78

The lock all recipe button only works once you press another gui element
and is not triggered as expected in IE

Further testing reveals that it is actually working, but the updates to the 
locked
checkboxes are not rendering in IE.

When you change tabs it is forced to re-render and appears to have done the 
work.

Last comment was incorrect.  Further investigation showed that there is a know 
bug in
IE 5.5/6/7/8 (what a surprise .. not) where the onchange event does not fire 
properly
for checkboxes.  Changed to the onclick event instead.
