Tinseth (Rager) IBU option #91

Feature Request:

Option to show tinseth (rager) as IBU calculations. I prefer to work in 
tinseth, but some recipes (esp from the US) are calculated in rager. Would 
like to not have to keep changing my preferences and just show both

Interesting idea.  Showing both options at the same time.  This would 
definitely be
something worthwhile adding.

Will take a bit of time to code up, so probably a few months away at least.
