Build AR app to show Power & Water Flow with proper data for FRS

Description Develop an AR app based on requirements by FRS. The app provides an AR experince to display Queenstown area's Power & Water Flow simulation. Frontend using 8th Wall framework, AR libraries and Explorer core. Ideally can connect with backend for data model(Or to use dummy data first).

Outcomes

• The app should be able to allow user to place the base map in real world at beginning.
• The app will show the building footprints aligned with the basemap in Questown area.
• The app will load data for Power supply & Water system, and display them visually.
• The app will allow user to trigger some interactions/events in real time, which may interrupt/ recover the flow.
