[Bug]: Terminal page unaccessable if any server is down #3575

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add a server
  2. Shut down the server
  3. Try to open the terminal page

Additional Information

It's understandable that there is no terminal for unavailable servers, but I'd like to use the terminal for other servers which are reachable at the moment.

Updated my instance and it works now
