Two goals for the new grid:

Centered relative to the edges of the image (this will depend if the grid of some # of boxes will perfectly fit inside of it otherwise it will need to be offset relative to the edges)
Allow the grid lines to either be dashed, or be plus signs at the intersection points.

Current branch Grid-Update now has this functionality.
