add more metadata pointers, for instance to the Legacy Survey sky viewer #39

Similar to WiseView, the Legacy Survey sky viewer allows for URL patterns that encode the central (RA, Dec). A random example is:

https://www.legacysurvey.org/viewer?ra=179.7862&dec=25.0912&layer=unwise-neo6&zoom=14

More generally, we should look at what's done in this regard by Backyard Worlds: Planet 9 and assess which metadata URL's we want to carry over to Cool Neighbors subjects. SIMBAD, Vizier and IRSA finder chart are the others (beyond WiseView and Legacy Survey) that stand out to me as metadata URL's we'll want to add in for Cool Neighbors.

I have added the URLs suggested. If there's another specific piece of metadata that should be added, we can reopen this issue or create another one.
