Ores generate inconsistently #6

Ores in version 0.0.1 generate incredibly dense or not at all, depending on some unknown factors.

Fixing the ore generation to be more like vanilla would be a nice thing to do.

Closed in favour of #5, since this is technically the same issue with feature populators.
