[Quilt] [1.19.4] Adze does only work as a sword #2

Hi, I just installed this mod on 1.19.4 and no matter what Adze I use it only works as a sword, and the mining speed is as without any pickaxe/shovel/axe.

I just searched the logs and maybe line 1339 or 1500 is related: https://mclo.gs/x3oDAs5
