themes: Drop in-tree themes that have never been updated

u1s1，应该是更新 luci 里面的 argon 代码，而不是直接删掉。

Argon主题单独为lede维护了一个18.06的分支，我们不需要做任何修改就可以跑起来，我觉得不如让用户自己用feeds从上游拉下来，还省得我们手动同步它的更新了。 https://github.com/jerrykuku/luci-theme-argon/tree/18.06
