关于window版本pdf2htmlEx转换之后的中文双引号变英文引号问题 #289

你好，使用了window版本的pdf2htmlEx之后。发现了中文双引号转换问题：原本是中文的双引号，转换之后就变成英文的双引号了（可以查看html源码）。不知这个是不是程序的bug。能否解决一下，谢谢。 PDF demo：http://yunpan.cn/Qz9EDPN3pmRAV

我在linux下测试没有发现问题。建议尝试编译源码。
