pdf2htmlEX windows 0.12 abort #478

I ran pdf2htmlEX with '--debug'. The program ended abnormally. Please tell me the cause.

pdf2htmlEX version 0.12 on Windows7

I don't have environments with Windows, if it happens only for specific files, please provide a sample.

I believe he may have better to try new 0.13.6 binaries

@canonndalescalpel please try pdf2htmlEx 0.14.6 windows version.
