Updating the binding

Hello.

This is not really an issue, I just wanted to contact you. I am using openHab and own the myStrom Bulb and Switch. I saw many requests and many people talking in various forums about updating this binding to at least support the bulb. But as it seems, nothing has happened yet. I work as a C# dev and thought maybe I could give it a try myself. But before I start the hassle of installing all the tool chain and digging into the matter, I'd like to ask two questions ;)

• Is this still the place to be for the myStrom binding? Or has so much changed over the past 5 years that I might as well start over?
• I looked through your code and saw that you are querying using the mobile API. Other issues already stated that this caused issues of making too many requests. It also has a relatively high delay and is relying on an internet connection. Is there a reason you don't query the devices directly via their LAN IP? They offer a variety of requests to control the devices: https://api.mystrom.ch/ . I think that would be a good update as well (if it's possible at all).
