log entry option #5

please make the log entry optional in the openhab.cfg

the log is full with o.o.b.m.i.MyStromEcoPowerBinding[:155]- get device info...

ok, I set only discovery on INFO level for logs, other logs are DEBUG. You can configure logging in logback.xml like this:

for the moment it looks better, cleaner log
