Makes paginating through people in the engage API way faster.

@cooncesean FYI. Again, let me know if you've got any comments, otherwise I'll merge tomorrow.

After this and #7 are merged, it'd be awesome to push a new release to PyPI.

Both #7 and #8 have been merged; a new commit in master bumped the version number; and the 0.1.3 release is up on PyPi.
