Kostenträger: Clarify AOK and the ball of doom #30

So as wrote earlier, as I understand it, a health care service provider in Hamburg providing a service to a patient in Niedersachsen needs to send the receipt to Hamburg but encrypt it to Niedersachsen according to the rules in the Kostenträger file.

verknuepfungen

I called someone from AOK today to ask about another mistake/inclarity and mentioned this but she denied that, that's not how it is supposed to be, she said. And she told me that they are having problems with the digital receipts they get from health care service providers (Pflegedienstleister) and maybe that has something to do with that.

So I should ask another time at a central (Ab)rechnungszentrum of the AOK how they actuually want their data in the Kostenträger file to be interpreted. They are phone numbers one can call, but not at this time. Will try Friday.

I called a most of the phone numbers within that ball of doom. On most there was no answer. I reached one person who basically said something along the lines of that there is a central place to send receipts to (da@dta.aok.de) and not even the individual RZs for the different federal states.

Giving it a second look, indeed most (not all, but most) regional AOK RZs all do use the same email address (da@dta.aok.de) for receiving data, though declared by different institutions.

So, what I take away from that is:
