Add changelog in game #228

It would be helpful for people. Also I pretty sure excoop had it.

coopdx had a changelog before 1.0 (excoop didn't, if i remember correctly) and it was removed since then for future releases you should check out the repo's releases page https://github.com/coop-deluxe/sm64coopdx/releases
