Custom exclamation boxes (again) #360

The last 2 times I tried to add custom exclamation boxes it didn't go very well. I have decided to make it again. Added the functions set_exclamation_box_contents() and get_exclamation_box_contents().

Apparently the merge conflict was a different end placement or something in manual.lua, wow
