Rapid Fire Unit for Genesis and Master System Games #339

Any chance of adding rapid fire for Genesis, Master System, Game Gear, SG-1000 
games?

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)?
SVN r778

Please provide any additional information below (Emulator settings, Console
setting,...)

I was wondering if this can be done. There is a unit called "Rapid Fire Unit" 
that can be used on Genesis/Master System games. Also, there is a controller 
called "SG Commander" that was made for Master System that had this feature 
built in. On Master System, you can use "Y" and "X" buttons to toggle rapid 
fire on/off on Wii Classic Controller. You could also use "ZR-R" and "ZR-L" to 
toggle on/off as well for Genesis and/or Master System on Wii Classic 
Controller since those buttons are not used. Not sure about Game Gear and 
SG-1000.
