Receipt printing #1033

This is an "Epic" issue to talk about all things related to receipt printing.

The library we are using, esc-pos-encoder, lacks some features, like changing the text size.

It would be cool to test other libraries:

Another solution would be to generate the ESC-POS buffer on the server, using escpos-php. This would allow updating/fixing the receipt without releasing a new version of the app.
