As a client, I don't want to think that I will not be charged for the use of reusable packages when I will actually be.

Because some initiatives include a "service fee" for managing the cost of the reusable packages (to cash them, send them back to the restaurants etc...) there is the possibility on the platform to add an extra "reusable package" fee.

For those who don't choose that option, right now, at check out step of ordering, the app says "I want reusable packages (free)" when in reality the customer will still have to pay a deposit amount of money to get the packages.

Therefore, the wording is wrong because it encourages the customer to think that there is no extra charge.
