Right now either we can select a time slot or multiple time slots, in which case a dropdown menu appears that can be very long and unwieldily, OR if we do not select any time slot we get the default time range picker which has scrolling wheels for the day, hour, and minute.
So what we want is that instead of having an invisible default time slot, make it a time slot in the list that you chose from, and force the the user in the store configuration page to set a minimum of one time slot.
In this screenshot there is a time slot that is used if no time slot is selected.
Changes are:
[ ] Make this time slot appear
[ ] Make this time slot me the automatically selected time slot when creating a store
[ ] Do not allow saving the store configuration page if there is not at least one time slot selected
