As a customer you can access and order for a restaurant which is "desactivated" from the restaurant admin page #1804

Steps to reproduce

in the backoffice set the restaurant as "activated" + disable "take away" + disable "click and collect"
go in the smartphone app as a customer
on the right side menu click "rechercher" / search.
in the list you can access the restaurant
in the restaurant you can order even if nor delivery or take away is enabled

Since the correct usage here is to close the restaurant, once we finish https://github.com/coopcycle/coopcycle-web/issues/4427 we could make it so you can only disactivate one of those two options, and if the user tries to deactivate both, a pop up says "to make your restaurant inaccessable, please close for tonight with the button on the top right, or schedule vacations over here"
