Implement a protocol / technical spec so the instances can "talk to each other" / federate for technical purposes or sociocratic purposes #3186

In order to operate more effectively Have our services be decentralized in accordance and close alignment to our sociocratic organization model and in a way that allows us to truly foster solidarity between coops as deeply engrained within our platform.

As a co-op federation Where various participants are involved in different business domains and/or different geographical areas of the world.

We want to embrace Fediverse as our operating environment By implementing support for the open W3C ActivityStreams and ActivityPub standards in our platform, so that we can tie together individual self-hosted instances, model rich social interactions that are part of our business domains, and integrate over time with many other applications that also support these standards, or just reuse parts of their code.

Whereas currently instances stand on their own And collaboration between coops and other stakeholders happens on other channels, or we have to create custom designs to implement the proper interfaces all the time. In addition by 'entering the Fediverse' we will find a base of about 5 million people (fedizens) whose culture and values very closely align with ours, and who may become our passionate supporters, advocates and contributors.

@Paul-Eraman-CoopCycle I dont know who this person is, but the idea is to have instance ability to talk to each other for business (deliveries) or democratic purposes (the person proposes a standard to do that)
