"We've been negotiating for 1 year with a carrier who would like to start working with us on the basis of a minimum of 30 last-mile stops per day. This activity requires the use of functionalities currently (partly) absent from CoopCycle:

• computerized data exchange on parcel status, based on standardized codes: on receipt (parcel present, parcel absent, partially absent, damaged parcel,...), on delivery (delivered to customer/neighbor, undelivered + reason for non-delivery, refused,...) and at end of round (round complete, incomplete + reason). These operations would require barcode scanning of parcels at all stages, as well as the possibility of attaching photos e The bi-directional data exchange should enable the customer to know the status of a parcel at all times.
