In order to achieve a task, or to make an error report, we can add a signature or a photo to it. But we can not upload a photo we took during the delivery, or multiple file if it is needed to add more informations about the delivery.

Should any rider be able to do this, or just admin and dispatch accounts?

Courrier should be able to do it on the phone app and dispatch from the admin panel also ?

Okay, there are two things here:

Allow couriers to add pictures from their phone gallery via the app to already completed tasks.
Allow dispatchers to add pictures to a task via the admin panel.

Maybe three:

couriers from phone gallery
dispatchers from admin panel (map)
administrators from order history page (but this is a bigger thing that needs design; for now no, i just wanted to mention it so people are aware)
