Add right-click action to move a tour/group to the next day / next open day #3853

In order to achieve something

In the dispatch panel, right click on a tour / group give possibility to move it to the (open) next day.

@Paul-Eraman-CoopCycle shall we ask confirmation (with pop up) before moving everything to another date ?

I don't think so... Right now when we can't move things back or undo anything warning pop ups would make sense. but here since we can select dates, we can effectively undo things very easily, so i dont think its worth it personally
