In the dispatch, the trash button is inconsistent between Tours and Groups #4032

Describe the bug Trash button deletes a group and deletes the grouped tasks Trash button deletes a route and unassigns the tasks which is not consistent

Expected behavior Trash button should delete the group or route and unassign the tasks, not delete them

ROUTES

[ ] Add X button that unassigns everything from a tour but keeps the tour
[ ] Make trash button delete tour, but move the tasks to unassigned not delete them too

GROUPS
