Delivery created for another date but listed in date of creation's time frame

Sometimes, when creating a delivery, the date is saved in a bizarre way.

See the 2 dates are different. When going in the web dispatch, the delivery is on the correct date (Thursday), but a dispatcher had it in his App dispatch this morning as well so I suspect there might be some problem somewhere. Hard to catch
