Describe the bug When i create a recurrent rule i would like the dropoff to be created in the same order

Technical At some point the dropoffS are created in reverse order. If they have the same end of delivery window time, then they would be displayed in the wrong order in the dispatch panel. It is because the sorting falls back on ID.
