The notification "DeliveryCreated" can not be toggled on/off for admins in the parameters as for OrderEvents and TaskEvents OR remove DeliveryCreated event #4564

I don't know if it can be handled the same way as OrderEvents and TaskEvents, as this is a message not an event.

Maybe it should be an event or maybe it could be deleted altogether as we are going to merge Order and Delivery in the UI/UX
