Workaround to install Yarn dependencies after volume mount #111

Fix #104

I don't like this solution and I'm worried about Gemfile dependencies as well. Opening to give more context fixing the issue.

I believe https://github.com/coopdevs/coopdevs.github.io/pull/115 is the proper fix and supersedes this one. Let me know what you think @enricostano . We'll then need to check what happens with the installed gems. I assume we have the same problem.
