Removes all files to change master's purpose #38

As described in https://github.com/coopdevs/coopdevs.github.io/issues/33#issuecomment-449331010 from now on we'll use master to serve the site through Github pages. As such, it will only hold static files, while develop contains the project files like markdown and any config files we might need.

Next step

The next step will be to deploy using the new script. This will bring our site back to live.
